If you substitute sodas, coffee, and even normal drinks with water and drink it at least 10 times a day (10 glasses), you can lose weight. It requires you drink 32 oz of salt water in the morning, 6 glasses of water mixed with lemon and organic maple syrup 6 times a day, and drink laxative tea every night for 7-10 days.
