The Seven Day Cabbage Soup Recipe Diet Plan

The cabbage soup recipe diet is a quick way to drop 8 to 10 pounds in a week. The cabbage soup is a filler of course and it tends to be bland. Following is the day by day plan and remember it's only for seven days.

Day One:

Eat all the fruit you want except bananas.

Drink unsweetened tea, cranberry juice and water.

Eat all the cabbage soup you want this day and every day..

Day Two:

Eat all the fresh, raw or cooked vegetables you want. No fruits.

Avoid dry beans, peas and corn.

For dinner have a big baked potato with butter.

Day Three:

Today eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want.

No baked potato.

Day Four:

Eat up to eight bananas plus all the skim milk you want.

Day Five:

This is beef and tomatoes day.

Eat ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes.

Drink at least six to eight glasses of water this day.

You may substitute broiled or baked chicken for the beef.

Day Six:

Eat all the beef and vegetables you want on this day.

Eat soup. No baked potato.

Day Seven:

Today you finish up with brown rice plus unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables.

Eat all you want plus the soup.

That's the cabbage soup recipe diet plan. I've done it. It's not that hard and after all it's only a few days. You will drop some pounds which should motivate you to move on to a sustainable plan to get all the fat off and keep it off.
